The Minted Patina Market (“Market”) is organized by MeshedDesigns, LLC (“Organizer”)

Please arrive no later than 30 minutes before opening each day. The building will be open 1 hour prior to opening on Friday and Saturday and will be open 1 hour after on Friday for restocking.
Tear down will follow after the 3

Vendor booth placements are based on several items including but not limited to; date of contract received, overall product mix, and type of product.
merchandise and display
The Market will have a distinctive boutique marketplace style, therefore, vendors will be selected based on the assortment, quality, variety, and display of their merchandise. New/Market merchandise is acceptable if it accentuates or compliments your design but will not exceed 50% of your product.
Booths and staging are expected to be creative, thoughtful, neat in appearance, stocked, and staged. A mini-boutique feel inside each space is desired rather than a “craft show” look.
Backdrops or partitions are not provided, vendors must provide their own. If you must use folding tables, they must be covered and skirted on all 4 sides. No nailing to any walls or building structure is allowed.
Slight spillover is acceptable into the walkways for aesthetic purposes but walkways and fire exits must be clear. All back stock, moving equipment, and packaging products must be stored out of sight.
As a courtesy to other vendors and attendees, no early pre-show customer sales are allowed. Discounts may be offered on merchandise during the event, and NO clearance or reduced price signs allowed.
Merchandise must meet one of the following criteria:
- Be handcrafted by you
- Be vintage (40+ years of age)
- Be upcycled or repurposed (you’ve done something to it)

Vendors will be given 2 vendor badges and must be worn at all times.
Vendors are responsible for managing their booths by processing customer payments and collecting and paying all state and local Sales Tax.
Assist customers with loading merchandise to provide customer service. There will be a drive-up loading zone for large merchandise.

The building will be locked before and after the event but the Organizer is not liable for injuries, losses or damages of any kind.

Vendor:
- Agrees to indemnify, defend, protect, and hold harmless sponsors, proprietors of location, and all their associates for any personal injury, loss, or damages to themselves or any property loss or damages of any nature suffered by any person, exhibitors and especially the attendees while within the vendor’s space or caused by the vendor.
- Agrees to hold harmless the sponsors, proprietors of the location, and their associates for any merchandise lost, stolen, or broken.
- Agrees that should an accident occur within the vendor’s space caused by the vendor’s displays, products, or unsafe conditions, the vendor will be held liable.
- Agrees to read and be responsible for complying with all rules and regulations of the Market.
- Is responsible for product liability and accurate representation of products offered for sale.

- How will the event be promoted?
The Market will be promoted through a variety of traditional marketing and social media platforms. Each vendor will be promoted individually as well. Vendors are expected to distribute printed information about the Market and share the event on social media. The Organizer will promote the event by the following:- MeshedDesigns, LLC email and social media sharing
- Sponsored Facebook Event
- Hutchinson Area Chamber of Commerce table tents and online promotion
- Directional signs in Hutchinson during the event
- Printed postcards available to each vendor
- What are the booth sizes and fees?
You may purchase more than one booth to expand your space.- 6 x 12 = $125
- 12 x 12 = $250
- 12 x 18 = $375
- Will there be food and beverages available?
- A free vendor lounge will be set up with snacks and drinks during the event
- Food and beverages will be onsite by vendors for purchase
- Is there WiFi available?

3:00PM - Vendors will not be able to pull directly to their space within the building but vehicles can be backed up to 2 overhead doors for immediate unload.

- The Market is indoors at the McLeod County Fairgrounds so merchandise vendors will be covered during setup, the sale, and during tear down.
- Is trailer parking available?
- Yes, there is a large parking lot to the west of the building where vehicles and trailers may be left overnight.
